ELP Consult Ltd. is seeking a seasoned R&D leader to drive a 3–5 year technical roadmap for automotive displays, smart cockpit, and IoT platforms, closely aligning with German OEMs.

You will oversee cross-border R&D teams, ensure APQP, V-model, DV/PV, PPAP processes, and guarantee compliance with ISO and VDA standards. Fluent English and German language skills are required, and EU work permit is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• 12+ years R&D experience in automotive display/cockpit systems.
• Overseas team management experience and mass-production delivery.
• Fluent English; German B2 or higher; EU work permit required.
• Strong cross-cultural negotiation and multi-project leadership.

Responsabilités

• Formulate a 3–5 year technical roadmap for automotive display, smart cockpit, and IoT platforms.
• Lead cross-border R&D teams and liaise with premium OEMs (BMW/Mercedes-Benz).
• Oversee APQP, V-model development, DV/PV validation, and PPAP processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and VDA quality standards.
• Establish and manage collaborations with European chip/panel suppliers and institutes.
• Control overseas R&D budget and mitigate risks to deliver ROI.
