Job summary

Mobility Global seeks an Automotive Technology Division Lead to guide global, multidisciplinary teams across connected car, electronics, ADAS and interior systems. Location: Southfield, MI or remote in Eastern Time US, or remote UK.

The role bridges deep technical research with consumer‑oriented product planning and owns global revenue and strategy. Responsibilities include defining the global product roadmap, mentoring cross‑functional teams, leading voice‑of‑customer research, owning the P&L,

Qualifications

12+ years in automotive technology or planning at OEM, supplier, market research or consulting.
Proven ability to synthesize insights into high-impact thought leadership.
Leadership experience managing global, cross-functional teams with P&L responsibility.
Excellent executive presentation skills for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Product Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Define the global product roadmap to open new revenue streams and increase client retention.
Manage and mentor domain-specific research teams (Connected Car, Electronics, Chassis, Interior, Software Defined Vehicle).
Lead voice of the customer insight gathering and market research initiatives to identify unmet needs and translate them into features.
Own the P&L of the product portfolio and help shape global sales strategy and market penetration.
Partner with engineering, other product teams, research, marketing and sales to ensure delivery and traction.
