Job summary

Mubea, a global automotive supplier, is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan and prepare production schedules for manufacture of automotive parts. You will create department schedules to meet shipping dates and coordinate workflows across multiple plants.

The role requires strong math skills, SAP proficiency, and experience with Lean and 5S. This position offers growth opportunities within a global organization and requires good communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 2–3 years related experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with SAP.
• Strong communication and Excel/Office software skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Lockout/Tagout and MMOG.

Responsibilities

• Draws up department schedules to meet shipping dates based on forecasts or orders.
• Plans and schedules workflow for each department.
• Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly and other operations.
• Confers with supervisors to determine status of projects.
• Expedites operations to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Track daily production status and prepares weekly reports.
• Prepares production reports and lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.
