Job summary

LG Display America, Inc. in Troy, Michigan, seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead automotive programs across the full lifecycle, aligning with HQ and cross-functional teams to achieve timing, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in automotive PM, and bilingual Korean/English. Proficiency with PM tools and strong communication are essential; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience (three additional years of relevant technical experience in degree).
• Minimum of 5 years of project and/or program management experience within the automotive industry, with a demonstrated record of successful program execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex programs across multiple phases of the product lifecycle.
• Experience coaching or developing project and/or program managers is preferred.
• Project Management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on assigned programs and lead all program communications.
• Coordinate with HQ to monitor issues and ensure alignment with policies.
• Establish and monitor top-level program plans with milestones, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Deliver programs to meet timing, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Lead global Change Management, including ECR/APQP activities and production change execution.
• Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to management.
