Job summary

Panasonic Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. in the United States seeks a Sr. Program Manager to define program scope, align customer requirements with outputs of each function, and drive complex products from development to production.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and present program updates to executives. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field is preferred, with 5–7 years of program management experience and automotive launch exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is required; Master’s degree highly preferred.
• 5–7 years of program management or related industry experience.
• Automotive industry end-to-end product launch experience preferred; intermediate proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan project milestones and allocate resources to ensure on-time, within-budget program launches.
• Develop and maintain P/L cost models and counsel on cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead budget development for portfolios and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
