Job summary

Adient West Point Facility is seeking a Project Manager to oversee new programs and plant projects, driving cost reduction and timely implementation of design changes. You will coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, operations, and quality to meet milestones and budgets.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and 3–5 years of automotive experience, with demonstrated change-management and program-launch capabilities.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Three to five years automotive experience.
• Project management experience in manufacturing change-management disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support plant safety programs and ensure change implementation in manufacturing.
• Manage New programs via PLUS BOS and track milestones.
• Coordinate shipments, trials, and BOM/finish goods records for launches.
• Create reports, presentations, and tracking files for project updates.
• Attend SDT meetings and ensure deviations and change notices are communicated.
