Job summary

Adient West Point facility is seeking a program/project manager to oversee new automotive programs, plant projects, and implement cost reductions. You will ensure timely, cost-effective design changes and coordinate with engineering, operations, and quality to meet milestones.

The role involves leading PLUS-based program launches, facilitating VB/VE activities, and managing deviations and change notices using PLM tools. Strong collaboration and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering or related field.
• Three to five years automotive experience.
• Experience as a project manager with manufacturing change-management disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage new programs based on the PLUS program launch system.
• Support plant safety and ensure change implementation in manufacturing processes.
• Lead cost reduction activities and track progress against plan.
• Coordinate seat/part shipments and liaise with Materials and Finance teams.
