You will collaborate with US/China teams and OEMs to qualify, validate, and scale advanced manufacturing solutions, ensure machine safety compliance, and drive strategic capital projects with a focus on safety and reliability. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in industrial automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls/Automation/Robotics or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, robotics, or manufacturing engineering preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead controls architecture development across global operations.
• Validate automation, robotics, machine vision, and inspection technologies.
• Ensure machine safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, ANSI, UL).
• Coordinate technology transfer between U.S. and China operations; work with OEMs.
• Lead capital projects and provide engineering leadership for deployments.
