Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years leading complex engineering or automation projects with global teams.
• 6+ years in automation systems, machine design, manufacturing equipment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects within budget and schedule.
• Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases from proposal to commissioning.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, product management, sales, finance, and manufacturing.
• Manage risks, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Provide field leadership during installation, startup, and commissioning.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with UL/CE/CSA and Ranpak standards.
