Job summary

You will drive growth, market differentiation, and outcomes through product innovation, operational excellence, and AI-enabled transformation. You will partner with operations, technology, analytics, and sales to enhance client experience and strengthen Gallagher Bassett's leadership while guiding teams across regions to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years related experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Auto Claims.
• Experience driving AI, automation, digital transformation, or analytics initiatives within insurance or claims organizations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing business performance, profitability, and growth strategies.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global auto claims portfolio with a focus on indemnity management, claim duration, customer experience, and profitability.
• Define competitive positioning and growth opportunities in the auto claims market.
• Develop roadmaps addressing evolving client needs, market trends, and tech advancements.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation across the claims lifecycle and champion automation initiatives.
• Establish governance, metrics, and accountability across geographies and functions.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure consistent delivery of strategic priorities.
• Represent Gallagher Bassett as a thought leader in the auto claims space.
