Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years related experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Auto Claims.
• Experience driving AI, automation, digital transformation, or analytics initiatives within insurance or claims organizations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing business performance, profitability, and growth strategies.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
