Qualifications

5+ years of experience delivering digital products, technology applications, or platform capabilities.
3+ years of experience in financial services.
Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, testable requirements.
AI SDLC experience across use case definition, data readiness, model governance.
Experience leading large cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, outcomes, and success metrics for the Authorized Parties digital experience.
Lead discovery to understand Private Bank client needs, advisor workflows, and constraints.
Produce and maintain high-quality requirements artifacts for build, test, and release readiness.
Leverage VS Code and AI-assisted tooling to draft, refine, and validate requirements content.
Own the requirements operating model across business, design, engineering, data, and risk partners.
Manage a prioritized roadmap and backlog across multiple teams.
Influence and drive decisions with senior stakeholders across lines of business and control functions.
