Goodwin is seeking an Audit Response & Conflicts Attorney to coordinate timely, accurate audit responses and conduct conflicts analysis. You will support business intake and advise attorneys on risk management, balancing client service with professional responsibility obligations.

The role involves collaboration across departments, handling complex ethics and disclosure matters, and ensuring compliance with ABA rules in a dynamic, global firm environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in a state with an Office.
• Experience with conflicts/business intake systems and ethical wall software (Intapp).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the firm’s audit inquiry response process from intake to issue letters.
• Review auditor requests and supporting docs to ensure policy and legal compliance.
• Identify pending or threatened claims to disclose in responses.
• Collaborate with partners and timekeepers to gather information for responses.
• Draft and finalize audit response letters in conjunction with client partners.
• Monitor deadlines to ensure timely responses.
