Job summary

Goodwin is seeking an Audit Response & Conflicts Attorney to join the Global Operations Team. You will coordinate the firm’s audit response process, manage intake and responses, and work with partners to ensure timely, accurate communications to clients and auditors.

You will perform conflicts searches, analyze risks, draft engagement letters, and advise attorneys on professional responsibility and ethical obligations. Strong writing, analysis, and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Excellent written communication skills for concise and professional correspondence.
• Strong organization and project management abilities to handle large workloads and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audit response process, including intake, tracking, documentation, and drafting responses.
• Review auditor requests and related materials for compliance with policies and professional standards.
• Conduct conflicts searches and prepare conflicts summaries with risk analysis.
• Advise attorneys and leadership on conflicts issues and risk considerations.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of responses.
