Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in a state where the Firm has an office.
• Experience with conflicts/business intake systems and ethical wall software (Intapp).
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audit inquiry response process, including intake, tracking, and issuance of letters.
• Review auditor requests and draft/responses for compliance with policies and standards.
• Identify pending or threatened claims requiring disclosure in audit responses.
• Develop conflicts search strategies and conduct analyses for risk assessment.
• Draft, revise, and finalize audit response letters in collaboration with partners.
