Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Admitted to practice and in good standing in a state where the Firm has an office.
• Experience with conflicts/business intake systems and ethical wall software (Intapp) and document management systems; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audit response processes: intake, tracking, information gathering, responses, and letters.
• Review auditor requests and documents for compliance with firm policies and ABA guidance.
• Identify pending claims and matters needing disclosure; collaborate with partners to prepare responses.
• Perform conflicts analysis and clearance for new matters, intake, and risk management.
• Provide guidance on conflicts issues and ethical obligations; draft engagement language as needed.
• Participate in policy projects, training, and process improvements.
