Job summary

Terabase Energy, Inc. seeks an Assistant Controller to oversee the company’s full accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You will lead the accounting team, strengthen financial controls, and optimize systems to scale a global business.

Strong cost/manufacturing accounting, audits, and multi-jurisdictional experience are essential. You will partner with FP&A, Operations, and cross-functional leaders to deliver transparency, efficiency, and scalable processes while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA credential is required or active.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including cost/manufacturing accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidated financial reporting, and multi-entity accounting.
• Experience operating in international or multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Prior experience with NetSuite.
• Previous audit experience (public accounting or internal audit).
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day accounting function across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and policy adherence to US GAAP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated statements.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and management reporting; monitor variances.
