Meta seeks an experienced Asset Management Operations Manager to lead lifecycle management of physical and IT assets across Meta's global infrastructure and sites. You will drive inventory, audits, and disposition strategies while partnering with procurement, finance, IT, and facilities to ensure data integrity and compliance.

The role focuses on optimizing asset processes from acquisition through retirement, with travel requirements and opportunities for impact across data centers and offices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of asset management or related operations experience.
• Experience with asset lifecycles including tagging, tracking, auditing, and disposition.
• Experience with ERP systems and internal controls compliance (SOX or equivalent).
• Ability to analyze asset inventory metrics and drive operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop asset management processes in a global environment.
• Execute physical and logical audits of infrastructure asset base and report findings.
• Travel 25%-30% domestically and internationally.
• Develop and maintain audit plans and provide corrective recommendations.
