Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Asset Management Operations Manager to lead lifecycle management of physical and IT assets across Meta's global infrastructure and facilities. You will drive asset tracking, audits, and disposition strategies while partnering with procurement, finance, IT, and facilities to ensure data integrity and strong internal controls across acquisition to retirement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in asset management, supply chain ops, or tech logistics in large IT/facilities.
• Experience managing lifecycles of physical and IT assets including tagging, tracking, auditing.
• Experience with ERP assets systems like ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP for inventory & reconciliation.
• Experience developing and enforcing inventory control procedures and supporting Sarbanes-Oxley or equivalent compliance requirements.
• Experience using data analysis tools to monitor asset inventory metrics, identify discrepancies, and drive operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and oversee asset management processes in a global environment.
• Execute physical and logical audits of infrastructure assets, documenting findings and improvements.
• Travel domestically and internationally 25%-30% as required.
• Identify and mitigate risks in asset management operations and develop roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain audit plans and checklists, presenting findings with corrective actions.
• Establish policies, processes, and controls to support scalable asset management.
