Qualifications

• Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met to qualify for position.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with Power BI and basic Microsoft Office tools recommended.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize Assembly production management processes.
• Support standardization of shop floor management systems.
• Work directly with production management teams.
• Assist with cross-functional problem-solving activities.
• Support resolution of product and process-related issues.
• Collaborate with Body Shop, Paint Shop, and supplier partners.
• Develop and implement improvement measures.
• Participate in process optimization initiatives.
• Support data analysis and performance reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Gain exposure to automotive manufacturing operations.
• Daily attendance and evaluation of Assembly Core Teams and Escalation meetings.
• Drive problem resolution for complex topics.
• Support shopfloor process management.
• Regular reporting of project and problem-solving status.
