Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Office of the President and CEO of MBUSI.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
• Help organize and execute internal events.
• Research and compile information for special projects.
• Organize, prepare and execute Management Workshops.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes for Operational Management Team meetings.
• Track deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
• Prepare communications materials.
