Bausch + Lomb in the United States seeks a senior leader to run the Global Aseptic Center of Excellence (ACE), accountable for aseptic processing, sterility assurance, and microbiology governance across manufacturing operations.

This role establishes global standards, drives modernization with rapid methods, and leads governance, KPIs, and strategic risk management to ensure continuous, compliant sterile product supply.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Engineering, Pharmacy is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in microbiology, contamination control, aseptic processing, sterilization, and sterility assurance.
• Deep knowledge of FDA, EU GMP Annex 1, USP and ISO standards.

Responsabilidades

• Harmonize and standardize aseptic and sterility governance across sites.
• Lead enterprise-wide microbiology, contamination control, and process validation initiatives.
• Provide technical authority and leadership for quality and regulatory readiness.
