Bausch + Lomb is seeking an aseptic process engineer and Core Coach to strengthen sterility and compliance in sterile solutions manufacturing. The role includes shop-floor coaching, technical assessment, and continuous improvement across manufacturing areas.

You will partner with Quality, Engineering, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure audit readiness and sustain effective aseptic controls, training, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, biology, chemistry, engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related scientific/technical discipline required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in aseptic manufacturing or related cGMP environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic processing, cleanroom discipline, contamination control, environmental and personnel monitoring.
• Experience providing hands-on training, qualification support, or coaching in a controlled manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain routine presence in classified manufacturing areas and observe gowning, setup, disinfection, material transfer, and aseptic connections.
• Provide coaching to personnel and leaders to reinforce compliant practices and escalate issues per procedures.
• Serve as SME for aseptic behaviors, cleanroom discipline, contamination control, and human-factor risks.
• Support development and delivery of aseptic training and qualification activities.
• Observe sterile simulations and process validations to assess compliance and effectiveness.
