Job summary

Ein Unternehmen der Musikindustrie sucht eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Bereich Artist Relations, um langfristige Beziehungen zu Künstlern aufzubauen und Künstleraktivitäten zu koordinieren. Kandidaten sollten über ein abgeschlossenes Studium sowie Erfahrung in der Musikindustrie und im Influencer-Marketing verfügen. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Flexibles Arbeitszeitmodell und Möglichkeiten zur Weiterbildung werden angeboten.

Qualifications

• Erfahrung in der Budgetplanung und -umsetzung.
• Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 25-30%).
• Musikalisches Verständnis/Vorbildung und Spielen eines Instruments vorteilhaft.

Responsibilities

• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu renommierten Artists.
• Koordination von Künstleraktivitäten mit Vertriebspartnern.
• Organisation von Events wie Workshops und Messen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team für kreative Content-Creation.
• Beteiligung am Produktentwicklungsprozess für Signature-Instrumente.
• Rekrutierung von Influencern im Bereich Influencer Marketing.
