Job summary

Actus Consulting Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex exhibitions, public art commissions, and commercial projects from concept to execution. You will expand the artist's global presence while ensuring artistic excellence, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role involves mentoring a 3–4 person team and collaborating with museums, galleries, developers, collectors, public agencies, and PR firms in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in art, design, architecture, cultural institutions, luxury brands, creative agencies, or similarly complex industries.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience leading teams of three or more employees.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to develop project strategies, execution plans, budgets, and stakeholder communication frameworks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing contracts, logistics, transportation, fabrication, installation, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple exhibitions, public art commissions, and commercial projects from planning through completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Translate artistic vision into actionable deliverables while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget.
• Manage design development, fabrication, logistics, installation, and deinstallation.
• Design and manage complex mid- and long-term project roadmaps with multiple stakeholders.
