AltaMed Health Services Corporation in California seeks a Project Manager for the Arts who will partner with executives, curatorial leaders, and stakeholders to plan, organize, and execute complex, multi-year art initiatives, including exhibitions, acquisitions, donor events, and public programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, arts administration, museum studies, organizational management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects or programs; arts/museums or related industries preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders and advising high-visibility initiatives.
• Project Management certification required within one year of hire; PMP/Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute complex, multi-year art initiatives including exhibitions, conservation, and public programming.
• Build and improve operational processes for the Art team.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and manage vendors and contracts.
