Symrise, a global provider of fragrances, flavors, and cosmetic ingredients, seeks a Global Account Director, Aroma Molecules for Procter & Gamble. Based in the USA, you will craft and deploy a comprehensive sales strategy, manage key accounts, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve financial KPIs.

You will drive profitability, growth, and reporting while shaping a high-performance culture across global stakeholders; a base salary range is offered with bonus potential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in top Flavor, Ingredients, or FMCG companies with at least EUR 50M in gross annual sales.
• Experience in sales management, trade management, and business development.

Responsabilidades

• Translate and deploy Symrise’s strategic initiatives through a specific sales account management plan.
• Drive development of the sales strategy for the key account to ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and sales growth.
• Lead the overall execution and monitoring of all sales initiatives according to defined standards.
• Develop and drive key performance metrics and dashboards and lead supporting teams toward corrective measures if targets are not met.
• Drive strategic expansion plans, including reviewing the profitability of the key account and footprint (current and future state).
• Provide timely, accurate reports to Management on performance; identify risks and business development opportunities.
• Build a strong team and a culture of high performance, coupled with improving processes and capabilities for driving accountability within the organization.
