TLD America is seeking an Area Sales Manager to maintain and expand business within assigned customer accounts. This highly visible role involves traveling to reach recognisable customers in North America and to grow sales as part of a global organization.

The candidate should have 5+ years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office and ERP skills. Ability to travel up to 70% and work autonomously is essential, with a team-driven, customer-focused culture at the core.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required, with a technical or business degree a plus.
• Must have a demonstrated track record of sales success and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office).
• Must be a relationship builder with the ability to be credible with key customers.
• Must be able to travel up to 70%, including some international travel.

Aufgaben

• Manage key accounts, and remain involved with the customer, from commissioning the equipment through service issues, seeking to expand business relationships, and introduce new products wherever possible
• Develop a strong understanding of products and services offered by the company, and develop strong relationships with your customers to serve them better
• Develop a strong knowledge of key competitors and a strong understanding of the Ground Support Equipment industry to better understand sales opportunities
• Participate in national and international sales meetings to give the leadership team an accurate understanding of your business and to learn from other members of the sales team
• Utilize ERP system knowledge to generate quotes and reports using internal company tools
• Additional assignments as designated by supervisor(s)
