About The Role

The Global Area Distribution & Channel Manager at NinjaOne is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives through our distribution and channel partners. NinjaOne Distribution CAMs identify and engage with interested prospects, onboard distributors and partners, and activate them through sales enablement, technical training, and joint marketing activities. This strategic role significantly contributes to NinjaOne’s success by prospecting, onboarding, maintaining relationships, and helping the company expand into the large midmarket/enterprise space and regional partners via distribution.

Remote in FL, NC, CO, CA, TX, NY

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Identify, qualify, and onboard prospective distributors and partners.
  2. Help create and operationalize a disti/channel sales motion alongside NinjaOne Account Executives to achieve business goals and quota.
  3. Articulate the value of NinjaOne’s Partner Program and demo the product to stakeholders.
  4. Own a regional plan and forecast for your territory.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to complete objectives.
  6. Other duties as needed.
About You
  • 3-5 years’ experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers, Distributors, or MSPs.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Proactive and independent in identifying and qualifying opportunities; entrepreneurial mindset essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with empathy for client and partner challenges.
  • Experience in developing partner/territory business plans, strategies, and measuring success against KPIs.
  • Proven ability to influence senior-level partner executives and principals.

Additional Information

This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Due to operational policies, NinjaOne cannot hire within Chicago city limits. Candidates outside the city or willing to relocate are considered.

Starting salary varies based on location, experience, and skills. For California or Colorado roles, the salary range is $100,000-$125,000 base and $200,000-$250,000 OTE annually.
