Job summary

Trans Ova Genetics is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Credit Manager to lead the AR function, improve cash flow, and align billing with operations and customer expectations. The role provides ownership of outcomes and visibility across Finance, Sales, and Operations.

Responsibilities include managing DSO, aging, and cash flow while driving process improvements, automation, and policy governance to support growth and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive AR/credit/finance leadership experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; but equivalent experience suffices.
• ERP and data analytics experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize working capital metrics (DSO, aging, cash conversion cycle).
• Lead AR/credit team with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Drive end-to-end AR process improvements (billing, collections, credit, cash application).
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align billing and cash flow.
• Establish credit policy and ensure internal controls compliance.
