Job summary

Teradyne Robotics, a division of Teradyne, seeks a Development Consultant / Global Application Engineer to accelerate adoption of PolyScope X and URCapX in the US and globally. You will lead technical onboarding for partners, OEMs, integrators, and customers, guiding integrations and enabling success with field teams.

You will collaborate with Product Management and R&D, create training assets, and support field activity. A strong foundation in robotics and software development is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in robotics or related field.
• Up to 5 years in industrial automation, robotics, or application engineering.
• Hands-on experience with collaborative/industrial robot applications.
• Experience onboarding or supporting partners, OEMs, or developers.
• Ability to define specs, test plans, and feedback for Product Mgmt & R&D.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for partners and customers on PolyScope X and URCapX.
• Develop solutions and guidance across robotics, system integration, demos, and validation.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D during beta testing and feedback.
• Create enablement resources: workshops, demos, sample code, guides.
• Support customer visits, partner meetings, and communicate product value with Sales & Marketing.
