Job summary

Teradyne Robotics in the United States is seeking a Development Consultant / Global Application Engineer to accelerate URCapX and PolyScope X adoption. You will guide technical onboarding, validate integrations, and develop enablement assets for partners, OEMs, and customers in global markets.

The role combines problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and practical product strategy in industrial environments, with a focus on robotics integration and ecosystem development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, robotics, system integration, or adjacent technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with collaborative or industrial robot applications and customer/partner technical support.
• Experience with Universal Robots, PolyScope, URScript, URCaps/URCapX, or PolyScope X is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for partners, OEMs, integrators, and customers developing PolyScope X and URCapX solutions.
• Develop guidance across collaborative robotics, automation, system integration, demos, and proofs-of-concept.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to provide feedback and fill gaps in documentation and tooling.
• Create enablement resources such as workshops, demos, sample code, guides, and curricula.
• Support customer visits, partner meetings, and industry events with clear product value messaging.
