Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in field applications and technical support, interfacing with customers to resolve complex issues.
• Background in sales or customer-facing engineering roles, supporting pre-sales activities and customer proposals.
• Strong knowledge of analog circuits and related design principles, ability to interpret schematics and specs.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in evaluating and deploying Teradyne’s test and robotics solutions from pre- to post-sales.
• Configure and demonstrate test systems; troubleshoot technical issues; recommend solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales to prepare technical presentations and assist in developing proposals and proofs of concept.
• Provide training and documentation; deliver ongoing technical support to ensure optimal Teradyne product performance.
