Job summary

EDETEK Inc. seeks a Head of Global Application Support to build and lead a scalable, customer-focused support organization for multiple cloud-based clinical platforms used globally.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Cloud/IT/Security, Quality, and Implementation teams to deliver reliable service as the business grows. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on ownership, shaping the operating model, team structure, processes, tools, governance, and performance discipline to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field with strong IT foundations.
• 10+ years in enterprise application support, SaaS operations, or IT service management.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing teams and global/shared services.
• Experience with cloud-hosted platforms and complex customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the global application support organization with strategic and hands-on ownership.
• Own multi-tier support operations, incident management, and executive communications.
• Define scalable ITSM, monitoring, knowledge, and automation practices across teams.
• Drive end-to-end release readiness, product launches, and customer readiness.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance for regulated platforms and validated systems.
