Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apparel production experience; domestic experience required.
• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, production timelines, and factory workflows.
• Experience managing production purchase orders, WIP reports, and inventory.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support in issuing production purchase orders and track bulk production daily.
• Maintain and update production WIP reports and communicate risks to timeline.
• Coordinate with Production Manager to identify challenges and implement solutions.
• Communicate daily with factories, mills, and freight partners to ensure timely execution.
• Submit production invoices and coordinate contractor chargebacks when necessary.
• Assist in monitoring production costs and PO accuracy.
