Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Baltimore is seeking a Sr. Allocation Planner – BH Apparel to manage Americas Brand House allocation, drive store inventory efficiency, and partner with DTC leadership, channel planning, and store operations to meet revenue and margin goals.

You will optimize inventory, coordinate new product assortments, and maintain in-stock by article/color/size across stores. Hybrid in-office schedule with growth in a fast-paced apparel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 4 years of relevant experience or Master's with 3 years.
• 3+ years of experience in Allocation, Planning or related role.
• Apparel or footwear industry experience preferred.
• Experience executing Allocation strategies and retail math understanding.
• Ability to interpret data and present data-driven insights for decisions.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory by identifying in-season opportunities and trends.
• Plan and execute floorsets with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate product distribution with new assortments.
• Manage replenishment and stock-to-sales ratios.
• Analyze inventory and support opportunities to chase sales.
• Create reports from sales trends to drive business.
• React to selling trends with actionable plans.
• Lead size management and analysis.
• Improve allocation and replenishment procedures to elevate the brand.
• Build relationships with retail field leaders and planners.
