Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in supply chain, sourcing, merchandising, or apparel manufacturing, plus strong Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills. Hybrid in-office/remote work with 5–10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of related supply chain, sourcing, merchandising, textiles or apparel manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in SAP and Web based PLM systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Fully understand supply chain needs of category product teams. Communicate style level details to regional sourcing team to support allocation and costing.
• Work with SCO leaders to create category level supply chain strategies and communicate these to the regional sourcing teams
• Drive ownership of material and construction decisions related to cost within the product team
• Lead cross functional efforts to achieve category target margins
• Partner with materials, materials sourcing, and trims to deliver precosts to the product team
• Partner with regional sourcing, supply planning, and SMS teams to troubleshoot production related issues as needed
