Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking an Associate, Apparel Merchandising – Global HOKA to support the Global Merchandising team in executing seasonal directives and key initiatives across the global marketplace, including both DTC and Wholesale channels.

You will assist line planning, seasonal assortment creation, and merchandising tools throughout the go-to-market process, partnering with cross-functional teams to align product, brand, and commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3+ years of merchandising experience across DTC and Wholesale.
• Strong analytics to interpret sales, inventory and marketplace data.
• Proficiency in Excel and merchandising/planning tools.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute milestones within the global merchandising calendar.
• Maintain merchandising tools across multiple seasons.
• Manage multiple seasons ensuring on-time delivery of milestones.
• Use consumer and marketplace insights to inform product and strategy.
• Collaborate with Product and Demand Creation teams.
• Partner with Sr. Manager to translate competitive insights into actions.
• Review sales and inventory trends with Brand Planning partners for in-season strategies.
• Foster cross-functional relationships through proactive communication.
