Deckers Brands’ HOKA division seeks a seasoned Product Leader to own the global strategy for Performance Apparel across Road and Trail. You will guide end-to-end product creation, set a long-range vision, and translate consumer, athlete, and market insights into compelling opportunities.

Collaborating with Design, Development, Materials, Costing, and Supply Chain, you will deliver category-leading products.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Product, Merchandising, Design, Business, Apparel/Textiles, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of related product line management, merchandising, product creation, or category management experience.
• Performance apparel product creation experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Ability to translate insights into clear strategy and stories.

Aufgaben

• Build and evolve global strategy for HOKA Performance Apparel across Road and Trail.
• Define category priorities, line architecture, seasonal opportunities, and long-range product direction.
• Lead product creation from opportunity identification through go-to-market readiness.
• Guide decisions on fit, fabric, construction, layering systems, and weather protection.
• Coordinate with Design, Development, Materials, Costing, and Supply Chain to meet quality and margin goals.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Design, Development, Marketing, Sales.
• Lead product storytelling and presentations at GTM gates.
• Engage consumers and athletes, conduct field testing and trend research, translate insights into briefs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the PLM team; foster an inclusive, high-accountability culture.
