CP Brands Group, based in New York, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the day-to-day movement of goods from factories to distribution centers and retailers. You will ensure on-time delivery, accurate inventory flow, and smooth communication between production, distribution, and sales teams.

The role requires 4+ years in logistics or supply chain, familiarity with international shipping documents and Incoterms, and strong Excel skills.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export coordination.
• Apparel or wholesale/retail experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with international shipping documentation and Incoterms.
• Ability to review and decipher vendor manuals and routing guides.
• Working knowledge of tariff/customs basics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Track purchase orders from factory shipment through warehouse receipt, monitoring for delays and communicating issues.
• Main point of contact for internal teams on order status and escalations.
• Manage import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs paperwork).
• Communicate with overseas vendors and factories on shipment schedules and production timelines.
• Track containers, ETAs, and port-to-DC visibility.
• Partner with 3rd party warehouse team for receiving, put-away, and outbound routing.
• Maintain shipment tracking logs and reporting for internal teams.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and damaged goods claims.
• Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides and vendor requirements.
