Qualifications

• 5+ years in Application Support, Service Management, IT Operations, or related tech support.
• Experience working with managed service providers and outsourced support.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and service management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure application support services meet SLAs and business expectations.
• Govern operational lifecycle of assigned application services.
• Monitor availability, performance, and service quality; drive improvements.
• Coordinate DR planning, testing, and recovery readiness.
• Lead vendor governance, reviews, escalations, and service improvements.
