Job summary

RS Group is seeking an Application Service Manager in Fort Worth, TX to ensure effective delivery and governance of application support services across a portfolio of business-critical applications.

You will partner with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and MSPs to achieve service quality, ITIL alignment, and disaster recovery readiness, while driving continuous improvement and operational stability.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, CS, business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Application Support, Service Management, IT Operations, or related area.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud-based and on-premises applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure application support services meet SLAs, targets, and business expectations.
• Own operational governance of assigned application services throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor availability, performance, and service quality.
• Lead vendor governance, service reviews, and escalation handling.
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning, testing, and readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and project teams.
