Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks an experienced Global Accounts Payable Senior Analyst to support the AP function during ongoing transformation. You will collaborate with on-shore and BPO teams, participate in process improvements, and help ensure accurate, timely AP processing across the Procure-to-Pay cycle.

The role emphasizes issue resolution, reporting, and supporting T&E activities in a global environment, reporting to the Associate Director, Global Accounts Payable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5-8+ years in AP/P2P or shared services.
• Experience in multinational environments or with outsourced providers preferred.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA and Coupa experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support daily global AP operations and act as liaison with AP BPO.
• Monitor invoice processing, payments, and vendor inquiries.
• Manage AP SLAs and KPIs; resolve exceptions and aging items.
• Assist with Source-to-Pay processes and process documentation.
• Analyze AP data, identify trends, and propose improvements.
• Contribute to training materials and process standardization.
