Qualifications

• J.D. degree and U.S. state bar membership required.
• 5+ years of legal experience including law firm, government, or in-house antitrust work.
• Experience representing companies in antitrust inquiries and/or merger reviews.
• Experience developing creative solutions to complex legal issues.
• Global-focused with ability to work across jurisdictions.
• Strong interpersonal and collegial collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel on antitrust issues related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop and execute legal strategy for merger reviews by regulators worldwide.
• Advise on competition issues related to product launches and business strategies.
• Represent the company in competition inquiries globally.
• Advise on global antitrust legislation and regulatory trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement long-term competition strategy.
