The role emphasizes collaboration with advisors and branch personnel, managing projects, and delivering data-driven recommendations to optimize operations across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or international business.
• 3–6 years general experience in a related field.
• Experience supporting cross-border or multi-jurisdictional initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process or procedural improvements and design improved solutions.
• Support stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings and events.
• Assist in risk, issue, dependency, and constraint tracking for projects and design mitigations.
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from multiple sources and formatting them consistently.
• Contribute to reviewing operations and generating ideas for continuous improvements.
• Provide cross-border support to internal associates and Financial Advisors via email or phone.
• Prepare data and analytics reports for decision makers.
