Job summary

UKG is seeking a Global Industry Analyst Relations Program Manager to lead and scale engagement with leading industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and drive high-impact evaluation submissions. You will partner with product, marketing, competitive intelligence, and leadership to shape narratives, orchestrate submissions, and strengthen UKG's position in analyst research across regions.

Qualifications

5+ years in analyst relations, operations, or project management in HCM technology preferred.
Experience working with major analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC).
Ability to create and analyze data-driven reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills; capable of crafting compelling analyst-facing content.
Experience with AI integrations in AR workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of analyst evaluation submissions.
Develop clear, differentiated narratives aligning with evaluation criteria.
Coordinate cross-functional inputs from product, engineering, marketing, customer success, competitive intelligence, and sales.
Ensure accuracy and strategic alignment across submission materials.
Identify customer stories and references to strengthen evaluations.
