Job summary

UKG is seeking a Global Industry Analyst Relations Program Manager to lead and scale engagement with major industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC). You will drive a coordinated AR evaluation submission program, shape narratives, and maximize competitive positioning across Magic Quadrants, Waves, and Marketscapes.

You will partner with product, development, marketing, and CI teams to ensure operational excellence and impact, while exploring AI-enabled automation to boost throughput.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analyst relations, operations, or project management, with a focus on HCM technology preferred.
• Experience working with Gartner, Forrester, IDC and others.
• Ability to create and analyze data-driven reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills for compelling analyst engagements.
• Able to synthesize a value story from product capabilities and market data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of analyst evaluation submissions.
• Develop narratives aligned with evaluation criteria and market differentiators.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to gather inputs from product, engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across submission materials.
• Identify customer stories and references to strengthen evaluations.
