This role drives a high-impact, globally coordinated AR evaluation submission program, including Magic Quadrants, Waves, and Marketscapes, partnering with product, marketing, competitive intelligence, and leadership.

The position focuses on shaping compelling narratives, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing UKG's positioning in analyst

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analyst relations, operations, or project management.
• Experience with major analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.).
• Ability to create and analyze data-driven reports and dashboards with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analyst evaluation submissions and manage timelines.
• Develop differentiated narratives aligned with evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales for inputs.
• Ensure consistency across submissions, briefings, and demos.
