Job summary

UKG is seeking an experienced Analyst Evaluations professional to lead end-to-end analyst submission processes for core HR tech evaluations. You will craft evidence-based narratives, coordinate across product, engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales, and drive best-practice templates and review workflows.

Responsibilities include managing multiple evaluations with tight timelines, leveraging AI tools to improve throughput, and identifying customer stories to strengthen analyst

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in analyst relations, operations, or project management, with a focus on HCM technology strongly preferred.

  • Conduct kick-off meetings to align resources and set timelines.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to gather inputs from product, engineering, marketing, customer success, CI and sales.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment across submission materials.
  • Establish and enforce submission best practices, templates, and review processes.
  • Manage tight deadlines and complex deliverables across multiple evaluations.
  • Continuously improve submission quality through retrospectives, analyst feedback, and competitive insights.
  • Engage with agentic AI tools to facilitate the evaluation process while increasing throughput.
  • Prepare briefing documents for analyst briefing/demo sessions.
  • Identify customer stories, case studies, and references to strengthen positions in evaluations.
  • Ensure consistency between submissions, briefings, demos, and published research.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to improve positioning and perception.
  • Assist in identifying how Global AR can use AI to improve internal processes for analyst briefings and demos.

Analyst Evaluations (Core Focus)


  • Lead end-to-end management of analyst evaluation submissions

  • Develop clear, differentiated, and evidence-based narratives that align with evaluation criteria and emphasize key market differentiators

  • Conduct kick-off meetings to align internal resources, review evaluation criteria and set timeline expectation

  • Drive cross-functional coordination to gather inputs from product, engineering, marketing, customer success, competitive intelligence and sales

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment across all submission materials

  • Establish and enforce submission best practices, templates, and review processes

  • Manage tight deadlines and complex deliverables across multiple concurrent evaluations

  • Continuously improve submission quality through retrospectives, analyst feedback, and competitive insights

  • Engage with agentic AI tools to facilitate the evaluation process, ensuring accuracy while increasing throughput

  • Prepare relevant briefing documents for briefing/demo sessions with analysts

  • Identify customer stories, case studies and references to be used to strengthen position in evaluations

  • Ensure consistency between submissions, briefings, demos, and published research


Performance Measurement & Insights


  • Deliver insights and recommendations to improve positioning and perception

  • Assist in identifying how Global AR can use AI to improve internal processes as well as for analyst briefings and demos


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in analyst relations, operations, or project management, with a focus on HCM technology strongly preferred

  • Experience working with major industry analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others

  • Ability to create and analyze data-driven reports and dashboards using Power BI or other similar solutions

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare compelling content for analyst engagements

  • Incredible ability to synthesize a value story from a list of product capabilities

  • Ability to analyze market data and AR trends

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with collaboration tools

  • Experience managing AR-specific platforms (ARInsight) and experimenting with AI technologies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Creative, self-starter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Flexibility is key, to be able to manage several priorities at once

  • Experience with UKG's HCM-related technology and services
