Strong analytical and reporting skills, plus experience with Jira and G-Suite, are essential. The role supports global operations, requiring excellent English proficiency and the ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of AML/CTF, KYB and due diligence in fintech/payments/banking.
• Full professional proficiency in English for global operations and committees.
• Proven track record of complex compliance decisions and escalations.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with workflow and reporting tools (JIRA, G-Suite, MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Execute comprehensive KYB and due diligence reviews for merchants under AML/CTF standards.
• Make risk-based, complex onboarding decisions and manage escalations.
• Prepare and present regulatory compliance and risk reports to committees.
• Lead onboarding process improvements to reduce friction and boost efficiency.
• Manage case queues and documentation using internal tools like JIRA and G-Suite.
